Petland has adjustable floorplans to fit your needs and space requirements. Our footprints range from 4,000 to 12,000 square feet. We have unified, attractive store displays and signage with turn-key programs to ensure quick, efficient store openings. Petland has strong destination pull and wide demographic appeal. We also have small and middle market experience and strength.

Domestically and Internationally Petland, with more than 200 stores across the United States, Canada, Japan, Chile and South Africa, has grown to become a leader in the pet care industry over the past 40 years. There are an estimated 20 Petland stores scheduled to open this year, both domestically and internationally.
Qualifications
Petland as a mature franchise of 40 years and a registered franchise with the United States Small Business Administration / Franchise Registry and recognized by national commercial lenders qualifies Petland franchisees for up to 85% financing of the total project at favorable rates and terms. If you have reasonable credit scores and a minimum net worth $250,000 personal net worth you may qualify for established store opportunities where assumable financing may be available.
